Scheduling a service or a workshop

It is highly recommended that guests book their appointment in advance through the online booking system. Due to a high demand for services, you may not find any availability until two to three months into the future. You may contact me to be added to the waitlist(s) or book the earliest appointment that you find. I can also provide you with a list of other practitioners within the East Bay area who can accommodate you sooner than I can.

If you're a new client wanting to book an appointment, please provide proof of your latest COVID booster and a valid credit card number in order to secure your first appointment.

Returning guests are also encouraged to schedule all appointments through our online booking system.

Each workshop is limited to eight participants and they fill up fast. So, please reserve your spot promptly.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please inform us at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your session or a 50% fee will be charged to your account (this fee is waived if due to COVID-19 related reasons).

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% the full service price.

No future appointments can be scheduled until the balance owed is paid in full.

If you're redeeming a gift certificate, the above policies will apply.

If you're not able to attend a scheduled workshop, please send someone else to replace you. There are no refunds granted for missed workshops or classes.

Payment and Gratuity/Tipping

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Though it is customary to tip between 15% - 20% of the full rate, gratuities are not compulsory and are left at your own discretion.

Punctuality

To enjoy an unhurried experience, please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If a late arrival is unavoidable, please try to call to notify us. For late arrivals, we might have to shorten your session in order not to inconvenience the next guest. A full payment still applies in this instance.

Health Conditions

If you have any type of medical condition, please be sure to mention it when you book the appointment (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, heart condition, pregnancy, oncology treatment, recent surgeries, etc.) Mentioning any allergies (e.g., nuts,  legumes, shellfish, etc.) is also very helpful information to us.

Shaving

To avoid skin irritation on the limbs, especially during a body scrub, an exfoliation, a deep peel, or hair removal, we highly recommend that you not shave prior to your session.

Children and Minors

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in order to receive any services.

Mobile phones

Please ensure all mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices are switched off to ensure a relaxing and calm healing space for you and other guests.
